The Company
FORKYS FOODS is a modern, certified unit operating in the live/frozen crab, fresh seafood & shellfish sector.
It was founded in 2011 in Thessaloniki by the brothers Theodoros and Vassilios Kravvas.
It has 2 (two) Shell Cleaning and Sanitizing Centers, packaging and fish processing plants.
The central factory is located in SINDOS INDUSTRIAL AREA, THESSALONIKI and the new Branch is based in the "heart" of mussels and shellfish of Northern Greece, in CHALASTRA, THESSALONIKI.
The company participates in the stages of production, packaging and shipping of all its products to their destination (EUROPE, ASIA and USA), following the strict protocols of the HACCP and FDA plans designed for each stage of our production.
We ensure the quality with strict controls, such as microbiological analyses of the flesh of all shellfish and physicochemical analyses of the seawater in our water tanks.
